The best time to visit Goa starts in November, around the time of the FGE2023, with the rains having receded for the year. The warmth of the sun combines with the cool of the winds to herald incoming national and international travellers. Temperatures to expect are between 25 and 35 degrees Celcius (77 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit).
