1. Finalized Poster Dimensions: 120 cm (height) and 90 cm (width).
2. The content of the poster should be readable from a distance of 150cm.
3. Please ensure that all the authors on your poster have accepted its presentation.
4. Every unique poster will get one poster wall. Please avoid exceeding the dimensions of your poster.
5. Recommended font and font size:
Font: Arial
Title: At least 36 points
Headings: 30 points or more
Text: At least 24 points
6. Each poster presenter will be provided with pins or adhesive tape to attach their posters to the assigned board.
7. Presenters will have access to the boards 30 minutes before their poster session.
8. Posters must be received by the presenter after each session. Conference organizers will not be responsible for any remaining posters.
9. Posters should not be sent to the conference organizers but should be brought as a hard copy by the presenter.
10. Please include the title of the poster, the author's name, and their affiliations at the top of the poster.
